The designs are printed onto a film (DTF), which are then heat transferred onto the garment. This gives the design superior detail, and vibrancy. 

It is a type of iron on, so it can have a sticker-like texture to it.  If you are very sensitive to that texture you may want to skip the T-Shirts, buy a Hoodie, or Sweatshirt where the fabric is thicker, or get the design printed on another product.
